Follow Up Sessions
Introductory Session
The Intro Session is where all clients start their Creighton journey. This session can be done in either a group or private. Includes a general powerpoint overview of the method lasting around 60 to 90 minutes.
The price includes your personal fertility kit (chart, stamps, book)
Personalized Follow Up
These sessions can be done in person or online video chat. They are always private and confidential. They are tailor fit to you.
Sessions usually last about 60 minutes.
Chart Review
This review is usually done over the phone or online.
Sessions usually last about 15 to 30 minutes.
Follow up Schedule
Over the course of the first year learning the system, clients will have about 8 personalized follow up appointments. This is to ensure the method is learned well and is able to be used to the best of the client’s ability. The suggested schedule is listed below.
After the first year, appointments are every 6 to 12 months to just to check in and order new supplies.
